Meet Up & Drop Off

Your “Local Friend” will pick you up from your Hotel, Airbnb or homestay. Locations covered: Miraflores, Barranco, San Isidro and Lima Centre. For other districts, please ask. At the end of the tour, you’ll be accompanied back to your stay.

Local buses or taxis will be used to get from your hotel to Lima Downtown and Barranco. We’ll appreciate you carrying the necessary amount of local cash (coins preferably) for this.

The entrance fees for visiting museums, parks, etc. are not included in the tour price. We’ll appreciate you carrying the necessary amount of local cash for this.

Food or Drinks

A quick stop for snacks can be done but no food or beverages are included.

We then explored the main squares & the adjacent streets & went to a cafe with the most fantastic view of the main square. Cindy bargained with a local street seller & I bought some small gifts to take home. We then took a Taxi to Barranco & I vowed to return to the beautiful bohemian artistic area. The quiet gentile area was a contrast to the hustle & bustle of downtown. I so enjoyed seeing both areas. I wish I was staying longer. An amazing afternoon with a fantastic guide. Highly recommend - especially to solo seniors as Cindy was watchful of uneven steps & cobblestones - I was very well looked after.

    Tour guide (Rodrigo) has great knowledge of Lima, toured the neighborhood of Barranco then took a taxi to historical center of Lima and visited all the sights, the catacombs of the church was the highlight of the evening.     All our tours are private. We accept from single travelers to big groups but all the excursions will be private (with few exceptions like: Palomino Islands Tour, Ballestas Island Excursion and Huacachina Buggies & Sandboard Ride).

    This tour can begin any time between: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM.

    As our tours are private and customizable, they can begin at any time you want within the previous range, but this will depend on: availability, what you want to see (museums or shows schedules), flight timing, cruise docking time, etc.

    The best way is by using the contact form that is in this page, or sending us an e-mail, as we do not accept reservations by phone calls.

    You can also reach us by DM on WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram.

    We have two methods you can use: Zelle and PayPal. Just choose the one that fits you the best.

    Sadly, it is not possible. Reservations are confirmed once the advanced payment has been done.
