Join our expert guides on a challenging, but unforgettable, trek through the Andes and witness up close the breathtaking beauty of Vinicunca Mountain. This experience will be boosted by the stunning views of the Vilcanota Mountain Range, Quechua speaking villages, lakes, the Ausangate Glacier and heards of llamas and alpacas roaming around.
Professional Guide

Private Transportation

Breakfast & Lunch

Trekking Poles
Walking with trekking sticks adds stability and support, also reduces force on your knees. If you need them for this excursion, please ask.
Hot Tea & Blanket
Enjoy hot coca or muña tea during the excursion, plus fleece blankets on the vehicle, so you can keep warm during this tour.
Pick Up & Drop Off
Your “Local Friend” will pick you up from your Hotel, Airbnb or homestay. Locations covered: Cusco City. For other towns, please ask. At the end of the tour, you’ll be taken back to your stay.

Oxygen & First Aid
As you'll be ascending until 16.700 feet, high altitude sickness symptoms could appear, so emergency oxigen and a first aid kit are part of our equipment.

Horse Ride
To save energy there's the option of riding a horse. You can hire this service on site to go just up hill or round trip.
